As of March 2022, due to Russian invasion of Ukraine and the sanctions introduced, from March 2022 until further notice, we offer new registrations and transfers of .by domains only upon request.

Registration of .by domain names is open to physical persons and organization from outside Belarus. Chosen domain name must not harm third party rights, contain words or phrases forbidded by law of Belarus.

In case of registration order by a phisical person additional data is needed: identification number, identity document number, authority issuing identity document, its issue and expiration date.

Placing an order for a .by domain name means acceptance of registration conditions.

Upon the expiry date domain names will be immediately DELETED without any suspension period.
