The verification is to be carried out by the administrative contact of a domain name, to verify the identity and contact information of the registrant after registration and transfer of ownership (trade), or change of the administrative contact. If you are using our trustee solution, the steps above will be done by our fulfillment team automatically.
In order to process the transfer you must request an authcode. This is only possible, if the admin contact is not our standard local presence contact (trustee). If you are using the trustee as admin contact, you must request a change of the admin contact first. The new contact must be a local contact in Singapore.
